Refund Policy

You may cancel your proposal when FA Maju Agency receives your written notice of cancellation of the proposal no later than 5.00 pm on the third (3th) day from the date of your proposal.

1. Procedure
   Notify us on your intent to cancel your policy and request for a refund within five (5) Days from the date of your proposal. The notification to be made through:
   • E-mail at fa*************@gm***.com OR
   • By telephone to Fa Maju customer service representative at 014-5314584.
   
   

   Concurrently, fill up cancelation form and request a refund of the contribution if already paid. Your refund will be processed once we have received endorsement cancelation approval and the refund (without any interest) will be sent to you by ordinary post within 2 days.
